Description : Audio Adrenaline returns to the spotlight again with their anxiously-awaited ninth studio release, "Until My Heart Caves In".
The album hits the ground running with "Clap Your Hands", featuring crunching stadium-sound guitars, and Tyler Burkum and Mark Stuart sharing the microphone even more, mixing both singers' soothing melodic and raspy passionate styles respectively. The intensity continues to build into two consecutive worship songs, "Until My Heart Caves In" and "King", a strong first single for Christian radio. "Starting Over" is a powerful redemption anthem delivering a message of hope and forgiveness important especially to a hurting teenage generation.
The theme of worship proves to be pervasive throughout the whole album, as shown by the worshipful twist on the upbeat 1967 hit, "Your Love Keeps Lifting Me Higher", and the two closing tracks, "All Around Me" emphasizing God's omnipresence, and "Losing Control", (echoes of the closing track on 2001's Lift) which starts with Mark and acoustic guitar, crescendoing into a full band and choir arrangement, then finally slowing to a reflective worshipful outro.
Pure and simple, plug this album into your CD player whenever your heart needs a spiritual recharge.
