  Thanks for your Support!

The following appreciation was inadvertently left out of the Summer edition of the Hilltopper. We apologize for not including it and hope it conveys the “thanks desired. (Editor)

The Senior Youth Fellowship would like to thank the incredible generosity of this most marvelous congregation in their support of our recent steak dinner fundraiser. Through your generosity we raised over $1800 ($1803 to be exact)! This was so far beyond our wildest expectations... we are overwhelmed and so very grateful.
A few special thank you's need to go out to a number of people: To Bob Cox, who not only donated the goods, but his time and expertise in cutting up the steaks to restaurant size AND for practicing to see if it really could be eaten with plasticware!! To Andrew Cox who was the supervising chef at the grills. To Paul Barber who lent his expertise at the grill to give us some very awesome steaks. To the Shepherds who loaned us another big grill...without which we may have been out there grilling til 10 o'clock!
To Kathleen Craig, her friend Teresa, and Demi Huston who pushed up their sleeves and helped with clean-up.
The youth of this church are blessed. Thank you all.

In Christ,

Allan and Tina Palmer and the members of the Senior Youth Fellowship
